We are a family business founded in 1969 by Juan Serreta, and from the start our objective was to build unique homes in privileged locations. After more than 40 years of experience we present our new commercial brand, PRIDUM. A team of professionals from many disciplines have joined forces to create very personal homes, that connect with your lifestyle and personality. We seek excellence, quality, design and comfort; idealogical foundations which bring us closer to your luxury, understanding this as the satisfaction of your tastes and needs.
What do we do?
Pridum converts ideas and perfect places into an individual home; where you can be yourself, and permanently enjoy a personalized luxury. What started out as only a thought is converted into a unique reality.
How do we do it?
Every project faced by Pridum is taken by the team as a unique challenge, providing dwellings with an aura of exclusivity that will make each one into an individual project. Pridum has created a limited edition of a maximum of 20 luxury properties to be built by the year 2020 and like every exclusive collection, each one of these villas will be numbered, and will come with a small inscription carved on the façade, e.g., “C01/20”.
All our effort is intended so that the owner achieves the home they dreamed of, and therefore, we personalise all of the details to your taste, throwing ourselves into and committing ourselves to the whole process until the result is a tailor-made home.
The constant values of our work are the search for a privileged location, design, quality, timelessness, simplicity and customer satisfaction.
Location: We select the best sites in the province of Alicante, always with impressive sea views, in exclusive residential areas, near to golf courses, and with all services, without forgetting the necessary privacy.
Quality: We are conscious that the quality of the materials in the construction processes translates to the comfort and satisfaction of the client, and is therefore a priority.
We are aware that the satisfaction of our clients only comes about through the application of very demanding quality policies in the different production processes of the company, from the meticulous selection of materials to the after-sales service.
Design: The creative activity of our team of architects and technicians has the essential objective of planning comfortable, beautiful and unique dwellings.
Timelessness: Although we design in the moment, we aim to build homes which will infinitely delight their owners.
Simplicity: As understood to be elegance in architecture. Where visual cleanness and functionality result in unequalled homes, converted from their moment of execution into completely attractive architecture.
Customer satisfaction: This is the prime objective of our work, so if this is not achieved, all the above remains lacking. Thus it is present in all our decisions during the construction process and after the handover of the house.

Elena Argilés Blasco founded her architectural and interior design firm based in guardamar del segura (alicante) in 2001. since then, she, and the multidisciplinary team of architects and designers around her, have developed fully integrated design projects from a shared approach. the active participation of all the components, the team work and the passion for the projects is the essence of the firm.
Having a subtle avant-garde vision, elena provides her elegance and unique personality to the houses she designs. being specialized in single family houses and its interior design, she develops a functional architecture of pure lines, taking care of every detail for every project, from the start of the design process through to construction drawings.
despite her youth, she has considerable number of executed works of great quality, where her architecture’s character is perfectly integrated with the environment.
